Because Exeking.com sells digital software products, refunds are handled differently than physical goods.


Eligibility for Refunds


Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:


  • The digital product was not delivered
  • The software license or activation key is invalid
  • An incorrect product was delivered due to an error on our part


Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase, along with valid proof of the issue.


Non-Refundable Situations


Refunds will not be issued in cases including but not limited to:


  • Change of mind after delivery
  • System incompatibility due to incorrect system requirements
  • Products that have been successfully delivered and activated


Refund Processing


Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
