Eligibility for Refunds

- The software license or activation key is invalid
- An incorrect product was delivered due to an error on our part
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase, along with valid proof of the issue.
Non-Refundable Situations

- Products that have been successfully delivered and activated
