In exchange for monthly or annual payments, Microsoft Dynamics for Field Service Enterprise will not only remain active, it will come with a number of benefits, such as free upgrades to the latest version. 365 has a strong connection to the cloud and makes it possible to achieve more solutions through cloud-based programs and saved data than traditional methods.

What Is Resource Scheduling Optimization?

Resource Scheduling Optimization allows you to automate the scheduling multiple bookings that occur on a regular basis. It takes into account all the constraints on your office, including skills needed, work hours required, and ideal schedules, as well as the resources you have available. It can work with Common Scheduling Solutions to schedule the ideal time to work on cases and opportunities.

What Is an Open Government License?

An Open Government License is a volume license for government offices that allows flexibility in the number of licenses needed to accommodate the whole office. Ideally, it works with between two and 250 users, but more can be allowed, although it may affect usability. Government offices are required to use Open Government Licenses to access Microsoft Dynamics 365.
